Q: Can I use Windsor Palms community facilities ?

A: Yes. Our guests have full access to all the of the facilities, such as pool, gym, movie theatre, basketball, tennis volleyball and Kids Play Area.

This house was perfect for a relaxing, weeklong vacation. We had a family of 7, ages from 3-75 and everyone was super comfortable with all rooms and amenities. The theater / game room with reclining seats was a great treat for family movie nights and entertainment for the kiddos. Pool was warm and deck furnished to comfort. Kitchen equipped with high end appliances, dining ware and cookware. The gated community was great for early morning walks and runs. We really enjoyed our time there and the hosts were super communicative. Highly recommend!

This house was wonderful and had everything you need. So well equipped with literally everything you could think of. The cutest calendar board in the kitchen with magnets to mark your days and plans. Coolers to use if need be with ice packs. The softest bath towels. Plenty of plugs for you to put your cords in and charge your devices. we loved the movie room. so comfy and we also loved playing air hockey. also they have the custest set up for disney lovers in the movie room with lanyards and buttons if u go to disney and exhange with others (i think thats what its for) It was just such a cute house, great location, and we loved our stay. Chris and Michelle were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Thank you for making our soccer trip stay great and memorable.

Absolutely loved this villa. So close to Disney world using sheberth road entrance and tons of restaurants and supermarkets in a few mins. I think it feels much bigger than the pictures and the pool in particular was fab with large seating area around plenty of sun and a nice green outlook. We paid for heating and it was spot on. We’ve stayed in a few villas which have had garages as games rooms but this one is a proper conversion to an amazing cinema room and we enjoyed this a lot! Clubhouse is also impressive with a shop open until late with all the essentials. All in all we won’t be looking anywhere else when we return again in a few years!

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday. I spent a lot of time trying to find a modern villa in a great location, with the facilities and modifications within the garage for my family to enjoy, and your beautiful villa didn’t disappoint!

We were lucky enough to finally return to the wonderful Palm Tree Villa in July. We were originally booked for 2020 and Chris and Michelle were flexible in moving the stay multiple times. It was worth the wait though. I worried that the villa wouldn't live up to how we remembered it but it did and more. With 2 older children we had loads of space and my son loved the Games/Cinema Room. Chris and Michelle answered any queries immediately and the management company were lovely to deal with. They changed the batteries in the safe on a Sunday afternoon just hours after I had emailed... The villa is a luxury villa on a wonderful community. I have visited the community quite a few times and am so glad we found this villa. Whilst hugely recommending this to others I have secured my own stays for 2023 and 2024 before it gets fully booked Thanks so much for sharing this lovely villa with us Michelle and Chris.

This villa is perfect in every way for a Disney / Florida holiday. We have just returned and I couldn't fault anything and it enhanced our stay and made it more memorable due to the comfort and amenities on offer.
The villa was very clean and spacious , the pool and spa were perfect and had full sun from mid morning all day.
Location couldn't be bettered as great links to parks and restaurants and the Clubhouse has everything you'd need in the shop , bar and games room for children.
The cinema room was an amazing bonus and the villa was stocked with everything you would ever need when on vacation.
We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property as it was as close to perfect as you could wish for and Chris and Michelle were always on hand prior to departure to answer any questions.
Thanks again for making our stay so perfect.

The property was amazing. Took my 2 grandkids and family to Disney for their birthday. It was so relaxing to come back to our home away from home after a long day in the parks. So much better than being trapped in a hotel room. Highly recommend this property.

Our family had the best time in this beautiful home. It was an oasis to come home to after full days at Disney and also provided plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun with a game/movie room, screened-in pool and thematic bedrooms. The house was spotless when we arrived, had thoughtful amenities like a starter pack of dish soap and laundry detergent — and because it’s on a culdesac lot, we had a peaceful, private view of nature out the back windows. The owners were a joy to work with and quickly sent us a beloved stuffed animal that had been left behind. We will absolutely stay there again!
